Chef Justus Moll

Chef Justus moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas from Springfield, Missouri in 2002 to attend the University of Arkansas. After receiving his degree in Political Science he immediately shifted his career path into the Culinary Arts.

Justus started at Ella’s Restaurant at the Inn at Carnall Hall. Over the next six years he would climb the ranks from line cook to pastry chef and eventually to Executive Sous Chef while Moonlighting as the Grill Master at Doe’s Eat Place! He then took the Executive Chef position at River Grille Steakhouse where his career blossomed over the next six years receiving multiple accolades including Arkansas Iron Chef Champion in back-to-back years while pioneering many adventurous culinary events. Later he was offered a position at Mount Sequoyah as the Executive Chef and headed to the culinary program.

In early 2026, Justus founded Sage & Sky Elevated Private Dining where he can share himself and his craft with everyone through his passion for cooking.
